Today was the first day that residents of West, Texas could return home after a devastating fertilizer plant explosion destroyed their neighborhoods.
In the most devastated areas, residents had to line up while only a few residents could briefly go inside their homes. Residents in the less damaged areas were allowed to stay in their homes under a curfew.
The blast killed at least 14 people, five of them were first responders, volunteer firefighters. The cause of the explosion is still unknown. Read more at www.usatoday.com
