Were The Boston Marathon Bombers Planning More Attacks?

Authorities said that they believe that Boston Marathon Bombers, brothers Dzokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev were planning more attacks.  

Authorities found homemade bombs and an arsenal of weapons at the scene of the gunfight between the brothers and police officers, in which the elder brother Tamerlan was killed.

The younger Dzokhar is in custody but still unable to speak, because of a gunshot wound to the neck.  He has not yet been charged.
