US Soldier Based In Alaska Gets 16 Years For Selling Secrets

Spec. William Colton Millay, of Owensboro, Kentucky who was based in Alaska,  gets 16 years in prison and will be dishonorably discharged, for selling secrets to an undercover FBI agent who he thought was a Russian Spy.
