Investigators are still trying to determine the exact cause of an explosion at a West Texas Fertilizer Plant. The horror happened Wednesday evening and has injured over 100 people. Authorities have confirmed that there are fatalities but have not specified how many. First Responder Kenny Harris, a Fire Rescue Captain was among those killed.
