Suspected Boston Marathon Bomber told authorities that he and his brother learned how to build bombs from Inspire Magazine, an online magazine published by al Qaeda.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev told investigators that they read the instructions in Inspire, which is an English language magazine that authorities say al Qaeda began publishing in 2010. There have been at least two articles on building bombs with kitchen pressure cookers published in the magazine.
Those bombs are the same ones used by the brothers in the Boston attack.
