At least 18 major U.S.Companies used tax havens to get out of paying billions in U.S. tax dollars. According to a report by the Citizens for Tax Justice, companies like Nike, Apple and Microsoft have kept a combined 92 billion dollars in profits in off shore accounts to avoid paying taxes on the money.
