Random Inspection Reveals Bacteria In American Lunch Meat
A meat company in Louisiana recalled 468,000 pounds of meat after a random inspection found listeria on a slice of roast beef. The meat was sent to several stores in southern states. It contained the bacteria Listeria was found on dozens of deli meats. Listeria can cause Listeriosis.
