Man Arrested For Posting Picture Of Himself Drinking And Driving On Facebook

Richard Godbehere of Kapa'a, Hawaii posted a clip of himself driving while twisting open a bottle of beer.   He then says to the camera  "We all know drinking and driving is against the law. You're not supposed to do that. But they didn't say anything about driving and then drinking.  "You just have to be learned enough to understand the symbols of drunkenness."    

He posted the 5 minute video clip under the title "Let's Go Driving, Drinking!" to Liveleak, a video sharing site.  No doubt the police showed up at his house to arrest him.
